Sooo real estate. What an interesting topic... HA! We all know it's only interesting if:
1.) you're an agent/investor or
2.) if you're actively looking to buy or sell. And even then, it's still not that interesting all the time
The interesting parts are picking the home, decorating it, selling a home, sitting at the closing collecting that check... Most of the process is not glamorous that's for sure. BUT it is necessary and important.
What if I told you, you could only do all the fun stuff? Choosing your home, walking through it, getting the keys, moving in and decorating and making it your own, selling your home, cashing that check etc. etc.
Well that's what The DeVisser Group does. We make it simple and easy for you to do so you can focus on the fun things. On your family, friends, work, life, dogs, cats, flowers, coffee dates, food, working out, not working out, fishing, traveling, sitting on your couch, whatever it is that you want to do. We want to take on the stress for you so you have time to focus on other things.
Real estate can be made easy. You just have to find people you can trust and rely on to do the work for you... That is why you pay them, right? Anyway, I hope that if you have to buy or sell, you can feel comfortable coming to us to chat about it. To figure out the next steps and feel ready and able to buy or sell your home.
We would love to sit and talk! And not just about numbers. There's so much more to real estate than that. Tell us why you want to buy or sell, if you have fallen in love with an area, if you want to live near the lake, away from the lake, near your parents, far far away from your parents, where you grew up, near a certain school for your kids, if you need a space for your dogs, horses, pigs, goats, snakes... hmmm not a fan of snakes but I won't let that get in the way :).
Long story short, we care about more than the numbers.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! And if you would like to sit down and talk, please find me and tell me:). In person (I'm at local coffee shops A LOT) or online!
Thank you for your time, we know it's precious!
